TERMS OF LEASE
GJ Roll Away LLC will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. Service will be provided on the day requested when using our online ordering software. You must call 4 hours in advance to schedule a same day swap out or pick up or a $100 same day service fee will apply. Additional days on your rental period will be $25 Per Day, starting on the 3rd day until the roll-off is picked up.
Additional Charges:
All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for scheduling the removal of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded. Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, GJ Roll Away LLC shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs as well as lost revenue rental revenue for the period of time the dumpster is not able to be rented due to being repaired or replaced. Upon removal, the customer authorizes GJ Roll Away LLC to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer.
Exceeding stated weight allowance will result in an additional charge of $100per ton
14 yard – 0 lbs. included ($50 per additional 2000 pounds) – In no event will customer load debris weighing 9000 lbs or more.
Any weight above the max tonnage allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required. A dry run charge can range from $100 to up $200 per occurrence. Blocking or impeding retrieval of a roll-off on the agreed collection date will result in a dry run charge.
Concrete, rocks, dirt, and other excessive heavy materials will not be permitted in the dumpster. You will be charged $100 a ton for Loads containing these items
Cleaning due to loading of restricted or hazardous materials may be billed at a 3rd party rate plus a reasonable markup. Mattresses and box springs will be $20 additional, each.
in the event the dumpster is out of service for any period of time due to damage or materials you placed in the dumpster you will be billed at $250 a day until the dumpster is back in service. You will also be billed 100% of the cost to repair the damage caused to the dumpster.
The customer is not permitted to move the dumpster. You will need to call GJ Roll Away and we will come and move it for you for $100 fee.
Blocked dumpsters for both drop off or pick up and or Dry Runs are a fee of $100.00.
in the event that there is a fire in the dumpster during your rental the customer will be responsible for the full replacement value of the dumpster plus lost income while the dumpster is out of service.
A $150.00 per hour fee will be charged to the customer if the driver has to wait to pick up or drop off a dumpster, or if access is blocked in any way.
A Fee of $100.00 will be charged to the customer for moving the dumpster on the customers property
A fee of $200 will be charges to the customer for the dumpster to be moved to a different address
A fee of $200 will be charged for a dumpster swap ( Drop an empty one and take the full on) All dump fees are paid by the customer
Termination: A $100.00 late cancellation fee will be charged to the customer if not canceled by 9:00am the day prior to delivery.
a 3% cancelation fee will be charged to credit card orders that need to be refunded
A $100.00 fee will be charged if customer cancels during delivery
Excluded Waste Material
Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc. You will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if any of the listed products are found in the container. Concrete and dirt cannot be over 1/4 of a dumpster load
Mesa County Landfill does not accept the following items-
- Batteries of any kind
- Tires ($10 each off the rim under 22.5 inches, $15 on the rim under 22.5 inches, $15 each off the rim over 22.5 inches, $25 each on the rim over 22.5 inches, no off highway or large tires accepted, no more than 9 tires total in one load
- Mattresses & Box Springs can be recycled for $30 ea.
- Any type of Fuel (gas, diesel, propane or any other)
- Propane Tanks
- Asbestos
- Animal carcasses
- explosives
- septic tank pumping
- Hot tar, adhesives, bulk liquids
- Medical waste that is biohazard
- Appliances containing freon or other refrigerant (refrigerators, freezers, a/c units)
- Insecticides, pesticides, herbicides
- Oil (motor, hydraulic, cooking)
- Paint, Stain, Varnish or any similar type of products
- TV’s and electronic devices with circuit boards
- poison of any kind
Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste
Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain with Customer at all times. GJ Roll Away shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.
Attorney’s Fees
The customer is responsible for any and all legal fees if litigation is needed to enforce any part of this agreement. This is to include relief the court may award, expert witness costs, any expenses related to the litigation process, attorneys’ fees,
Acknowledgement
Customer acknowledges that GJ Roll Away LLC shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from GJ Roll Away LLC trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.
Payment Terms
Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card, GJ Roll Away will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance. Customer authorizes GJ Roll Away LLC, to retain and charge the customer’s credit card for all charges incurred by the customer, including but not limited to the initial charge, termination, prohibited materials, any weight overages and demurrage.
